Alyssa & Chris are married! (Central Florida Wedding Photographer)

It’s hard for me to put into words how awesome this wedding was.  Alyssa and Chris are such fun loving, down to earth people who know how to have a good time!  I remember laughing so hard at their engagement session because they just have this naturally playful banter with each other and they definitely brought their A-game to their wedding.  First of all, I would just like to say that I absolutely loved Alyssa’s wedding colors – bright orange, green and cream.  It was playful and fun (just like them) crisp and clean, and perfect for an end of the summer wedding.  My biggest challenge at this wedding was shooting outside in the midday sun.  If I had my way, we would have 5:30 pm sweet light allllll day long!  But, as I haven’t yet learned to control the weather, we embraced it and were rewarded with the perfect amount of cloud cover and even a light breeze (thank you, wind karma!) Chris and Alyssa’s wedding ceremony was super sweet.  Any ceremony that incorporates Jack Johnson and John Mayer into the wedding music gets a thumbs up in my book.  They have a 2 year old son together, and he was supposed to walk down the aisle with them, but decided to nap instead, love it!  One of the things I adore about photographing Chris and Alyssa is that they are SO in love!  Every time I looked over at them, Chris was telling Alyssa how gorgeous she looked and they couldn’t stop smooching each other — even after they were announced as husband and wife and made their way into the reception  And Alyssa did look gorgeous – her dress was one of the prettiest I have seen!  This was also my first time shooting at this venue – The Royal Crest Room in St. Cloud.  It is beautiful!  We got to take a little private golf cart tour during their bridal party portraits and I really look forward to shooting there again.   Alyssa and Chris — I am so happy for you guys and am honored that I got to capture such a special day for you!  I know you have a lifetime of laughter and love ahead of you!
