On maternity leave! Or whatever you call it when you’re self-employed
I just wrapped up my last session yesterday and have nothing on the books until August, which is a crazy feeling (and I already miss weddings!) but I’m looking forward to spending a long, lazy summer relaxing with my boys and their baby sister. I can’t believe my due date is just 2 weeks away …. this has been the fastest, easiest pregnancy ever. Baby Girl shot a total of nine weddings and close to 30 sessions with me during this pregnancy, what a trooper! I truly cannot wait to meet her, I feel like I have such a connection with her already, which is an incredible feeling. And I’m so excited to experience all of the new and wonderful things about having a daughter.
I have a small back-log of sessions to blog while I’m taking a break, so hopefully it won’t be TOO quiet around these parts over the summer. In the meantime, here are a couple of maternity photos taken of me and my girl by my very talented and beautiful friend, Jessica of Jess Regan Photography:
