Hello, I’m Sarah!
A few important things to know about me: I cannot function without at least 2 cups of coffee in the morning. I wish I could live inside the Anthropologie catalog. I have a love for all things vintage and unique and can often be found thrifting and antiquing. Music soothes my soul and I like to pretend that my life has a soundtrack. My inner-monologue is frequently spoken with a British accent. I don’t watch much TV but admit I am a die-hard Bachelor fan and a hopeless and sappy romantic. I’m a daydream believer, definitely not a homecoming queen. I have the cutest kids ever. I love the feel of sunshine on my skin, picnics with my family and riding my bike like a little kid. I’ve learned to embrace what makes me different, what makes me unique, and what makes me, me. From a photography standpoint, my approach is pretty laid back and fun. I shoot almost exclusively with natural, available light and all portrait sessions are done on location. I have a habit of becoming friends with my wedding couples (they are, after all, the VERY best!) and even after shooting hundreds of them, I am simply obsessed with all things wedding. My favorite parts of the wedding day are stealing the bride & groom away for their portraits and of course, all the lovely details. I love weddings that are infused with personal style and sentiment. Most importantly, I am extremely thankful and honored to work with such amazing couples on one of the biggest days of their lives.
My work has been featured on the following blogs, publications and more: Style Me Pretty, Style Me Pretty Florida, Wedding Chicks, Southern Weddings, DIY Bride, Every Last Detail, Glamour and Grace, Central FL Bride, Beautiful Bride Magazine, Modern Wedding Magazine, Postcards and Pretties, OneWed and TheKnot. I am a proud member of PPA (Professional Photographer’s Association) and WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International), as well as a preferred vendor of Every Last Detail and 100 Layer Cake.
