A while back, I had the pleasure of participating in an amazing series of styled shoots for the wedding blog Orange Blossom Bride. The shoot took place at Up the Creek Farms in Malabar, Florida, which provided a gorgeous backdrop for 4 very different “themes”. The shoot I’m sharing today is what I would call a romantic vintage wedding and combined tons of my favorite details – lace, lace, lace – lace on the bride’s dress, lace on the invitation suite, lace on the cake – yes please! Combined with soft pastel colors, rustic wood and vintage touches such as the crystal detailing on the bride’s dress…this was truly a vintage vision brought to life. All of the models who participated in the shoots are *actual* couples, which made this so much more fun and authentic! Many other awesome vendors also participated in this series and their links are listed below. Since summer is a bit of a slow season here in Florida due to the heat and rain, I’ll be doing a special blog post for each theme over the next couple of weeks interspersed with my “real” weddings and sessions.
Participating Vendors: Up the Creek Farms (venue), Big Day Celebrations (coordination), Bluegrass Chic (florals), After a While Crocodile (invitation suite), A Chair Affair (vintage chairs), The Sample Room (bride’s dress), Everything Cake (cake artist), Crystal and Crates (vintage vanity), Brie and Brie (hair), A Brilliant Beauty (makeup)
